MY STORY
Hey everyone! My name is Becky Hazelgrove, and I'm a Massage Therapist here at Stoke Chiro Spinal Health Centre.
From the ages of 13 to 17, I actively competed in the Archery Team GB junior squad and throughout my years of competition, I discovered a passion for teamwork and hard work in pursuit of a goal. A highlight for me was placing 3rd in the Wenlock Olympics within the region when I was 16. This experience inspired me to become a coach, leading me to earn my Levels 1 & 2 Archery Coaching Awards and subsequently enrolled in a BTEC in Physical Education at college.
After completing my qualifications in college, I attended Staffordshire University, starting in 2020. In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Therapy with Honours (BSc, Hons), where I developed skills in sports massage, injury assessment, rehabilitation, and kinesio-taping. Following that, I pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology (MSc), focusing on health psychology.
