I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2015 after attending classes myself for over ten years. I encourage everyone to do Pilates because it has a wonderful way of transforming both the body and mind. Over the years I've seen people of all ages and abilities enjoy improved wellbeing after increasing their flexibility and strength through Pilates. As well as my Pilates qualification, I am also an experienced fitness instructor, run club leader, and a wannabe chef!
