I am an energetic, food-loving, dog-owning, playfully artistic yogi who can't wait to welcome you to the mat. I have enjoyed my own practice from a young age but found my love for yoga intensified when I used it back in 2013 as a means of strengthening a weak knee. I continued my yoga practice as I found it not only strengthened me physically, but also mentally.
I started my Hatha yoga teacher training in 2014 and I have also recently qualified in pregnancy yoga, mum & baby and postnatal yoga. My classes are heart-centred and invite you to simply experience the magic of the practice within your body and mind.
