My Story
Hi, I'm Lauren and I joined the team at Stoke Chiro after having completed my chiropractic studies in Australia, and having gained experience working in a sports-based chiropractic environment previously.
I was born in Sydney, where I lived until deciding to move overseas to explore doing what I love as a chiropractor in a new country, with the support of my partner.
Growing up in Australia in the company of an active family, I was fortunate enough to be involved in sport from a young age, partaking in both baseball and long distance track and field events at various Australian and international level competitions. As a result, I had my fair share of sporting-related overuse injuries over the years and built relationships with lots of different healthcare professionals along the way, and this is where my love of movement and interest in the wonders of the human body began.
My treatment approach uses evidence-informed multimodal tools to help you feeling and moving at your best day to day! These tools include: hands-on joint manipulation and mobilizations, massage, dry needling, education and movement-based rehabilitation techniques
