My Story
I first came to Stoke Chiro as a patient after spending many years in physically demanding jobs. Following my own experience of care in 2017, I saw first-hand the benefits of ongoing chiropractic and massage treatment, which led me to eventually retrain as a massage therapist.
For a long time, I struggled to find a career path that felt meaningful. Over time, it became clear that I wanted to work directly with people and help them through physical and mental challenges. Massage therapy allows me to provide holistic care, supporting not just the body but overall wellbeing.
The part of my work I value most is the therapeutic connection with each person. Seeing someone leave a session feeling more comfortable, calmer, and more in control of their body is incredibly rewarding. Knowing I can play a small role in improving someone’s quality of life is what motivates me every day.

Outside Interests
Outside of work, I’m a long time Stoke City fan and I enjoy staying active, whether that’s through the gym or getting out and switching off properly. I’m into rock music, classic cars, photography, and anything with a bit of character or history behind it.
I’m always learning and naturally curious, especially when it comes to how the body works and how we can live better with it. I’m a big advocate for a more natural way of living, listening to our bodies, slowing things down, and stepping away from the constant noise of modern life. This is especially important to me as I tend to live life at 100mph, so creating balance is something I genuinely value and practise.
I also run a couple of YouTube channels where I film some of my hobbies, from hiking and kayaking to ghost hunts, or simply vlogging day-to-day life!
